We are a busy, high-performing insurance office looking for a dependable Customer Care Representative to support our growing client base. This role is focused on servicing existing customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience while also pivoting and recommending policies to better help the customers.

What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent service to existing insurance customers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, ID cards, and coverage explanations
- Process endorsements, renewals, and basic policy reviews
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to licensed team members when additional coverage may be beneficial
- Support the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasks
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and office procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone systems
- Prior customer service or office experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to obtain insurance license if needed (training provided)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
